SPRUCE provides two main services:

Individualized Supported Living Assistance: In-home residential rehabilitation offering support and training to provide an opportunity for independent, community living.

Personal Assistance Living Services: Assistance with Activities of Daily Living, including coaching, mentoring and providing the problem solving skills necessary to achieve increased independence, productivity and community involvement and inclusion.

Personal Assisted Living (PAS)
PAS services include assistance with any Activity of Daily Living (ADL) or Instrumental Activity of Daily Living (IADL).

ADL assistance includes:

  • Bathing
  • Toileting
  • Transfer and ambulation
  • Meal Preparation & Feeding
  • Incidental household cleaning & Laundry service

IADL assistance includes:

  • Shopping
  • Banking
  • Budgeting
  • Using public transportation
  • Social Interaction
  • Recreation & leisure activities

IADL also includes accompaniment, coaching, and minor problem solving necessary to achieve increased independence, productivity and inclusion into the community

Individualized Supported Living (ISL)

ISL is a non-facility form of residential rehabilitation that provides support and training services in each individual’s own residence. This service allows individuals with even the most severe disabilities the opportunity for community living. Whether the individuals live alone, with family, or in shared living arrangements we can still provide onsite training and support. Our support services provide each individual the opportunity to develop functional skills needed in a real life setting.
